The Neuroscience-Based Techniques to Train the Brain, Calm the Stress Spin Cycle and Trigger the Brain’s Superpowers
Course Content
Traditionally, clients are asked to work on changing their thoughts and endlessly work on processing emotions in order to improve the way they respond to depression, anxiety, stress, or other mental health ailments. It can be a long and tedious process that requires self-discipline and patience. Not all clients respond well to this approach, and they often get discouraged.
This course will offer you a range of new techniques based in neuroscience that will assist your clients in fast forwarding recovery. Attend this high-energy, evidence-based seminar and learn how you can teach your clients to live in states of thriving frequently. You will learn how to teach your clients to change emotional channels, regain optimism and sense of control, develop neuro-wellness rituals to break through crises, and meet everyday challenges with clarity and confidence.
The new science of neuroplasticity has discovered how to create a transformative positive change frequently and fast. Extensive recent research by neuroscientists determined that the heart and brain electromagnetic fields, if aligned, are innately equipped with a powerful process that can modify or erase a negative learning, even formed outside of awareness.
This workshop maps a replicable blueprint to dissolve learned emotional reactions that have previously only been managed by counteracting interventions such as changing cognitions or applying willpower that must be continued for clients to experience relief. The frame for most psychotherapy is “talk about it and you’ll feel better.” But the new perspective is “feel better and you’ll talk about it.” Through neural-heart desensitization and emotional reconsolidation tools transformational change is possible.
The mind holds the secret code to living a worry-depression-anxiety-free life with more joy and super-effectiveness. Based in the latest research, clients can truly transform their lives when they discover their innate abilities, the innate brain superpowers. Join Drs Kershaw and Wade and learn how you can fast-truck your client’s recovery by using these newly discovered tools based in neuroscience, and learn how to become more effective in bringing your clients relief.
