Dr Judy Lovas

Dr Judy Lovas is Australia's expert in Relaxation Therapy and an international speaker, dedicated to teaching evidence-based relaxation skills for chronic conditions. Judy is determined to increase relaxation therapies in 21st century health care.

With up-to-date knowledge, passion and humour, Judy teaches medical and health professionals leading research in relaxation therapy to enhance mental health and physical wellbeing. 1. Event Registration and Payment

1.1 Registration

By registering for this event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

1.2 Ticket Types and Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

1.3 Payment Terms

  • Payment is due in full upon registration

2. Cancellations, Refunds and Transfers

2.1 Cancellation by Attendee

  • More than 4 weeks prior to event (before 26th March 2026): Full refund
  • 2–4 weeks prior to event (26th March - 9th April 2026): 50% refund
  • Less than 2 weeks prior to event (after 9th April 2026): Non-refundable

2.2 Ticket Transfers

Tickets are transferable at any time up to and including the day of the event. To transfer your ticket to another person, please contact us at info@tatratraining.com with the new attendee's details (full name, email address, and phone number).

2.3 No-Show Policy

If you do not attend the event without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided. However, you will receive full access to the professional video recording of the event once available.

2.4 Cancellation by Tatra Training

Tatra Training reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event due to circumstances including but not limited to:

  • Venue unavailability or venue-related issues
  • Speaker illness or unavailability
  • Severe weather events or natural disasters
  • Government restrictions or public health orders
  • Insufficient registrations
  • Any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

In the event of cancellation by Tatra Training, attendees will be offered:

  • A full refund of their ticket price, OR
  • A credit for the full ticket value to be used towards a future Tatra Training event or online course

Tatra Training is not liable for any additional costs incurred by attendees including but not limited to travel expenses, accommodation, or other related costs.

3. In-Person Attendance

3.1 Venue

The event will be held at Vibe Hotel, North Sydney, Level 9, 100 Miller Street, North Sydney NSW 2060.

3.2 Venue Changes

While unlikely, Tatra Training reserves the right to change the venue if circumstances require. Attendees will be notified by email as soon as practically possible of any venue change.

3.3 Parking

  • On-site parking is available at Secure Parking, accessed via 100 Miller Street
  • Direct lift access to Level 9 Reception is available from the car park
  • Parking cost: $45 per car per day (charged separately, not included in ticket price)
  • Multiple entry and exit throughout the day
  • Height restriction: 1.9m maximum
  • Parking fees are the responsibility of the attendee

3.4 Catering

  • Complimentary tea and coffee will be provided throughout the day
  • No other catering is included
  • Attendees are responsible for their own meals and refreshments

3.5 Health and Safety

If you are experiencing cold, flu, or any illness symptoms on the day of the event, we request that you stay home and access the event online via Zoom instead. By doing so, you are helping to protect the health and wellbeing of other attendees, speakers, and staff.

4. Online Attendance

4.1 Platform

Online attendance will be via Zoom. A Zoom meeting link will be emailed to registered online attendees prior to the event.

4.2 Technical Requirements

  • Stable broadband internet connection
  • Zoom application installed and updated to the latest version
  • Compatible device (computer, tablet, or smartphone)

4.3 Technical Support

We strongly recommend that you install and test Zoom prior to the event date. If you experience technical difficulties during the event that prevent you from attending live, the full event is being professionally recorded and you will receive access to the recording once it becomes available.

Tatra Training is not responsible for individual technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or other technology-related difficulties that may affect your ability to attend online.

5. Event Recording and Intellectual Property

5.1 Professional Recording

The event will be professionally recorded, including:

  • All presentation sessions
  • Practical demonstrations and activities
  • B-roll footage of registration, attendees, venue ambiance, and event activities

5.2 Attendee Consent for Recording

IMPORTANT: By purchasing a ticket and attending this event in person, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You may be recorded on video and/or photographed throughout the event
  • Your image, likeness, and voice may appear in the professional recording
  • This footage may be used for promotional purposes including marketing materials, social media, website content, and advertising
  • The recording will be converted into an online course product offered for sale by Tatra Training
  • You will not receive additional compensation for your appearance in recordings or promotional materials

If you do not wish to be recorded, we strongly recommend you purchase a Virtual/Online ticket to attend via Zoom instead.

5.3 Access to Recording

All registered attendees (both in-person and online) will receive access to the professional video recording of the full event. The recording will be made available once uploaded and processed, and will remain accessible indefinitely.

5.4 Attendee Recording Restrictions

Attendees are not permitted to make their own audio or video recordings of any part of the event. A professional recording will be provided to all attendees.

5.5 Workshop Materials and Copyright

  • Workshop materials and resources will be provided to attendees
  • All materials, content, presentations, and recordings are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Tatra Training and/or the respective presenters
  • Materials are provided for personal professional development use only
  • Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, share, sell, or commercially exploit any materials, content, or recordings without express written permission from Tatra Training

6. CPD Certificate of Attendance

6.1 CPD Hours

This workshop provides 6 hours of professional development that may be suitable for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements.

6.2 Certificate Issuance

  • A Certificate of Attendance will be issued to all attendees who are present for the full duration of the event
  • Attendance will be verified on the day
  • Certificates will be emailed to attendees within 72 hours after the event

6.3 CPD Recognition

While this event is designed to meet CPD requirements for various health and mental health professionals, it is the responsibility of each participant to verify with their respective professional association or registration board that this event meets their specific CPD requirements. Tatra Training makes no guarantees regarding acceptance by any particular professional body.

8. Code of Conduct

8.1 Expected Behavior

All attendees are expected to:

  • Engage professionally and constructively during sessions
  • Refrain from disruptive behavior
  • Respect the intellectual property rights outlined in these Terms and Conditions
  • Comply with all venue rules and regulations

8.2 Breach of Conduct

Tatra Training reserves the right to remove any attendee who breaches this Code of Conduct without refund. This includes but is not limited to harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, or any conduct deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Attendee Responsibility

Tatra Training is not responsible for:

  • Travel costs or arrangements
  • Accommodation costs or arrangements
  • Parking fees or parking-related issues
  • Personal injury or illness
  • Loss or theft of personal belongings
  • Any costs incurred due to event cancellation, postponement, or changes
  • Technical difficulties affecting online attendance
  • Individual dietary requirements or food allergies
  • Any other costs, losses, or damages incurred by attendees in connection with the event

9.2 Disclaimer

While Tatra Training strives to provide accurate and valuable professional development content, attendance at this event does not constitute professional advice, therapy, or clinical supervision. Attendees are responsible for determining the applicability of information to their own professional practice.

9.3 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tatra Training's total liability to any attendee for any claim arising from or in connection with this event is limited to the amount paid by that attendee for their ticket.

10. Force Majeure

Tatra Training shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather events
  • War, terrorism, civil unrest, or threat thereof
  • Pandemic, epidemic, or public health emergency
  • Government restrictions, orders, or regulations
  • Labor disputes or strikes
  • Failure of public or private telecommunications or internet networks
  • Fire, flood, earthquake, or other natural catastrophes
  • Venue closure or unavailability

In such circumstances, Tatra Training will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements or refunds as outlined in Section 2.4.

11. Gift Cards and Bonus Inclusions

11.1 Tatra Gift Card (Early Bird Tickets Only)

  • The $100 Tatra Gift Card included with Early Bird tickets is valid for 12 months from the date of issue
  • The Gift Card can be used towards the purchase of any Tatra Training online courses
  • The Gift Card has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • The Gift Card is non-transferable
  • The Gift Card cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated
  • Any unused balance will expire after 12 months

11.2 Bonus Course Enrolment (Early Bird Tickets Only)

  • The complimentary enrolment in "Psychoneuroimmunology: Mind-Body Science for 21st Century Healthcare" will be activated after the event
  • Access details will be provided via email within 7 days of the event

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Tatra Training regarding attendance at this event and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

13.2 Amendments

Tatra Training reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered attendees via email. Continued participation in the event after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.4 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or the event will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

13.5 Event Program Changes

Tatra Training reserves the right to make changes to the event program, schedule, or speakers if necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to notify attendees of any significant changes.

14. Acceptance of Terms
