Simply find a course you’re interested in and purchase it online. Once you do, you’ll automatically be enrolled and receive login details via email to immediately access all course materials.

No, anyone can enroll in our courses. While you don’t need to be a mental health professional, our courses are specifically designed and pitched for mental health practitioners.

Yes, all of our courses provide a preview of the video content so you can get a good idea of what to expect. We also provide detailed information about what each course covers to give you confidence it’s what you’re looking for.
Course Access & Technology
How long do I have access to my courses?
You have lifetime access to your courses. Unlike other providers who limit access to 12 months, we don’t restrict your completion time. This means you can return to the content whenever you like, with no additional fees or need to pay again – even after you’ve completed the course.
Can I access courses on mobile devices and tablets?
Yes, you can login and complete courses on desktop, mobile devices, or tablets, allowing you to learn anytime, anywhere that suits your schedule.
What happens if I experience technical difficulties?
Technical difficulties are rare, but if you do experience issues, the best option is to call us during office hours and we can troubleshoot for you. You can also email us at info@tatratraining.com and we will get back to you quickly to help resolve the issue.
Do I need special software to access the courses?
No special software is required. All courses are accessible via your computer or mobile browser, and we also have a mobile app for a more seamless mobile experience.
Can I download course materials for offline use?
You can download course materials such as course notes, slides, or workbooks that come with your course. However, you do need an internet connection to access the course videos.
CPD & Professional Recognition
Are Tatra courses CPD-accredited?
Yes, our courses meet the CPD requirements for major professional bodies including the Psychology Board of Australia, Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), Australian Counselling Association (ACA), and other relevant mental health organisations. Upon completion, you’ll receive a certificate stating completion and CPD hours.
Which professional bodies recognize Tatra training for CPD hours?

Yes, absolutely. Upon completion, you’ll receive a certificate stating completion with your name, course details, and CPD hours that you can use as proof of your ongoing professional development requirements.
Course Content
Are courses self-paced or do they follow a schedule?
All courses are self-paced, so you can complete them as quickly or leisurely as you like. They’re designed to fit conveniently within your schedule and around your professional and personal life.
Can I retake course assessments if needed?
Yes, you can. All courses have a small online exam, and if you don’t achieve the minimum pass grade, you have the opportunity to retake the assessment as many times as needed.
Pricing & Payment
What are your course fees?
Course fees are listed on each individual course page and vary depending on the length and content of the course.
Do you offer payment plans or installment options?
Yes, we offer Klarna as an option at checkout to provide you with a more affordable payment plan option to pay off your course in installments.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30-day, 100% refund on any course if it’s not what you’re looking for. Please note that this does not apply if you finish the course and receive the certificate of completion – there is no refund once completed.
Do you offer group discounts for organisations?
Yes, we can consider group discounts for organisations that want to enroll multiple staff members in training. It’s best to contact us via our “Train Your Team” page to discuss your needs, and we can suggest a package that suits your organisation and budget.

Account/Profile
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, you’ll see a “Forgot Password” option. Click that and you’ll be sent a password reset email to your registered email address. If that doesn’t work, please contact us and we can reset it for you.
Can I update my contact information?
Yes, once logged into your online learning portal, you can update all your contact details there.
How do I access my course history and certificates?
You can view all your course history by logging into your online learning portal. Certificates are emailed to you upon course completion and can also be accessed through your portal.
Can I transfer a course to another person?
Unfortunately, courses cannot be transferred to another person once purchased.
